  • Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and municipal firearm and ammunition regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Use of Website

You agree to:

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during purchases.

  • Not engage in any activity that could damage or interfere with the website’s functionality.

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon receiving full documentation.

  • Ammunition is shipped only within Canada and to the address on your PAL.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking information via email.

  • CanadaAmmoSource.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to safety regulations, all ammunition sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns on ammunition unless there is a proven manufacturer defect.

  • In the rare case of a return approval, the item must be in original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
